Local Business Development Associate

The Local Business Development Associate will manage and develop his/her own client accounts Develop, maintain, and negotiate partner channel relationships and mutually beneficial industry partnerships. Work with the Regonial Business Development Manager to effectively increase sales and to win client opportunities. Build and nurture client relations in order to create upsell opportunities. Uncover and track sales opportunities within existing and net new client accounts. Collaborate with My Local Monster Team team to target opportunities and reach personal quotas monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals/quotas.

Regional Business Development Manager
The Regional Manager Business Development Manager works across sales and marketing functions to help The Local Business Development Assoicate develop lead sources, establish strategic partnerships and networks, support demand generation/awareness campaigns. The primary objective of the role will be to help establish and grow My Local Monster concentrating on targeted segments, locations, sectors and vertical channels. The position requires strong networking, sales and marketing skills, with experience developing professional relationships, selling services, influencing key business desicion makers and building brand awareness.
